Participants

Participants in the OES-IA are specialists from government departments, national energy agencies, research or scientific bodies and academia, nominated by the Contracting Parties.

The annual work programme for the OES-IA is approved and managed by an Executive Committee consisting of one representative designated by and representing each Participant; each Participant shall also designate an alternate representative who shall represent the Participant if the representative is unable to do so.
